Adelle Sleeps With the Angels Now

3rd November 2013

It is with deepest regret that I announce the passing away of our daughter Adelle Francoise Soopramanian at 6.20 am today. She suffered a very long seizure yesterday afternoon. Dr Gavin, the doctor on call from our family surgery was extremely fast to get to our house. We then took her to the hospital where the medication could be administered more effectively as she didn't seem to be absorbing it orally.

She passed away without pain and peacefully.

We will be holding Adelle's memorial mass at Our Lady of the Bay church, College Avenue, Busselton on Saturday 9th November at 11 am. You are welcome to wear our little princess's  favourite color pink or rainbow. You are also welcome to send flowers but Ben and I have have decided that it would be nice to donate the money that u would spend on flowers to www.makeawish.org.au for they were amazing in organizing Adelle's trip to dreamworlds, sea world and Australia zoo in Queensland early this year.

She will be laid to rest with her relatives in the Seychelles next week. I will send more detailed information  on this soon.

We would also like to thank you for your kind messages. We are very blessed to have wonderful friends for support in this difficult time.

Ben and I are dragging ourselves around but doing our best to give our little sweet sweet a very good goodbye that she deserves.

You can also write an e-tribute of her including some good memories you've had with her and uploading a photo if you wish at www.barrettfunerals.com.au.

  1. Dear Helen and Ben,
My daughters attend GMAS in Year 2 and Year 4 and I have heard of the passing of your daughter. I have just read this entire blog and I'm devastated for your loss.
I don't know you and I never met Adelle, but she looks like she was a wonderful, bubbly, kind and beautiful princess.
I am truly sorry that she lost her fight and I wish you a safe trip back to your home to be with your loved ones.
All the very best and sending you deepest Sympathies.
